How does the process work? DOP staff conducts an initial, confidential assessment to gain a better understanding of your situation, culture, and desired results. Then, DOP provides you with information on several consultants who have the technical expertise as well as the style and approach that seems most compatible with your situation. You select the consultant yourself based on resumes and references provided by DOP, your own interviews with the consultants, proposals that they may send to you, etc.

DOP pays the consultant and bills you for reimbursement (including a 3% fee). Everything is done electronically – and they guarantee their services.
