Wrongful Death Causes of Action (E3SHB 1873)
This harmful legislation is likely to be heard in the Senate Ways & Means Committee by Monday’s legislative cut-off. If your Senator serves on the Senate Ways & Means Committee, please contact him or her to express concern with the substantial increased liability costs for services we provide that are inherently risky, such as police, fire, and offender supervision.
